Barbara T. O'Toole

Ms. O’Toole’s practice concentrates in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance coverage, insurance defense, and appellate matters. Prior to joining Sloane and Walsh, Ms. O’Toole was an associate at a mid-sized Boston civil litigation firm, where her practice centered on insurance defense and defending a multi-national corporation in tort litigation.

Ms. O'Toole has also served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Francis R. Fecteau at the Massachusetts Appeals Court and as a Law Clerk at the Superior Court of Massachusetts, where she worked extensively with Justices on trials, hearings, and motions sessions in all phases of civil and criminal litigation.
