Ms. Oldenhoff is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Masschusetts, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Boston College in 1995, and she was awarded the Harry W. Smith Dean’s Award for excellence in service to the Boston community. Ms. Oldenhoff graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2000. She joined Sloane and Walsh in 2005. In her current practice, Ms. Oldenhoff manages cases involving medical malpractice liability, premises liability, insurance coverage issues and employment disputes. She represents physicians, nurses, hospitals, and other medical facilities in both the state and federal courts. Ms. Oldenhoff’s experience also involves representing individuals and executives on a wide range of issues pertaining to employment law. She also handles cases involving complex product liability, negligent security, toxic torts and consumer protection. Ms. Oldenhoff is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, and Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association. She also serves as a member of the Steering Committee of the New Lawyers Section of the Boston Bar Association, where she has participated as a moderator for panel discussions, and facilitated in the planning and execution of numerous Boston Bar Continuing Legal Education events. |
