Jason M. Morales

Mr. Morales joined Sloane & Walsh in 2012 and is a Partner with the firm.  Mr. Morales is a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.  He is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, and received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California. 

Mr. Morales focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense, general healthcare defense, and other related areas of civil litigation.  He has defended and tried cases involving medical malpractice issues, product liability issues, employment issues, and subrogation issues.  Mr. Morales defends clients in both Massachusetts state and federal courts, and defends clients at arbitrations, mediations, and before the Board of Registration in Medicine.  His trial experience includes defending clients to successful jury verdicts in Massachusetts Superior Court.

In addition, Mr. Morales advises health institutions, medical group practices and individual practitioners on medical legal issues.  Mr. Morales has been a presenter for the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association Medical Malpractice Committee.  Outside of work, Mr. Morales is involved in coaching youth sports, is a member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay Board of Overseers, and has been a past volunteer for the organization.
