Kathleen Ann Campbell

Kathleen A. Campbell is an associate at Sloane and Walsh.  Ms. Campbell concentrates her practice on a range of civil litigation matters including insurance coverage, bad faith litigation, insurance defense, claims under the Texas Residential Construction Liability Act, subrogation, personal injury losses, fire losses, water losses, and snow/ice losses.  Ms. Campbell is admitted to practice in Connecticut.

Ms. Campbell earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Concentration in Law and Society from Clark University (Worcester, MA).  In 2016, Ms. Campbell earned her Juris Doctor with a Certificate in Human Rights from the University of Connecticut School of Law (Hartford, CT).  During law school, Ms. Campbell gained experience interning at the State of Connecticut Attorney General’s Office in the Public Safety Department.  During her internship, she represented the State during oral argument at the Connecticut Appellate Court.  The Court ultimately ruled in her favor.

Ms. Campbell lives in Connecticut, where she enjoys playing her violin in a local orchestra.
