Attorney Regan is an associate at Sloane and Walsh, LLP. Attorney Regan concentrates his practice on a broad range of civil litigation matters including insurance coverage, first-party residential and commercial property losses, insurance defense, subrogation, personal injury losses, fire losses, construction defect litigation, energy infrastructure, professional liability defense, bad faith claims/litigation arising under the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Statute (M.G.L. c. 93A), water losses and snow/ice losses.  Attorney Regan also focuses on health information privacy issues and matters involving violations of HIPAA and/or data privacy laws.
Attorney Regan earned his Bachelor of Arts in History of Science with a focus in Human Evolutionary Biology from Harvard University, graduating with a cum laude distinction in 2009, including an honors thesis titled: “The Boston Celtics Dynasty & Sports Psychology—Prelude to a Profession.”  In 2013, Attorney Regan graduated 3rd in his class from Suffolk University Law School with a summa cum laude distinction.  During law school, Attorney Regan served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law, and in 2012, the Journal published his article titled: “Health Care Law - Resolving Disputed Diagnoses Prior to Applying the Althen Test in Claims Brought Pursuant to the National Childhood Vaccine Act - Lombardi v. Secretary of Health & Human Services.”  Also in 2012, Attorney Regan received a Jurisprudence Award in Professional Responsibility.
Prior to law school Attorney Regan received a TEFL certification to teach English while volunteering in a Peruvian cancer clinic.
