Mr. Kimball’s practice is concentrated on representing defendants in civil litigation relating to nursing home liability, assisted living facility liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, employment law, products liability and general liability in state and federal courts and administrative agencies, with multiple trials jury trials to verdict.  Mr. Kimball also represents defendants in employment discrimination matters in the Superior Court and at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.  He has been a certified mediator since 1994 and has mediated and arbitrated hundreds of cases.

Prior to joining Sloane and Walsh, LLP in 1991, Mr. Kimball maintained a similar practice at another Boston firm and conducted a general practice in Newburyport.
